11-years-old girl gang raped
A teenager has been victim of gang rape in Kavre district. A 11 years-old girl from Ramechhap who was living in a rented room with her family in Ugratara-1, was gang raped by a group of four at the Bal Kumari jungle in Ugratara, according to police.
According to SP Arun Kumar BC, police have arrested three persons involved in the incident. The fourth one has been absconding. Dipak Karki, Roshan Ranjit and Dipesh Tamang of Ugratara-1 have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the rape, said BC. They have been detained at the Banepa area police office for further investigation.
The criminals then gave Rs 50 to the victim for not disclosing to anyone about the incident. The girl’s father is abroad for foreign employment and her mother is a daily wage earner.
