Load shedding goes up, 84 hours per week

Nepal Electricity Authority ( NEA ) is going to increase power cut or load shedding hours from Sunday.

The state owned power utility has decided to increase the power cuts to 84 hours per week from the 80 hours as now.

So now desperate public who are already facing load shedding will hit more with the increased load shedding. Now people have to face 12 hours power cut from next week.

According to NEA, power cut has been increased due to increased in the demand of electricity.

It might be due to cold the usage of electricity has been increased and also due to dry season, the production of electricity has been minimal.
