Smriti Neupane is Little Miss World Nepal 2015
Smriti Neupane from Mount Gaurishankar Higher Secondary School is crowned Little Miss World Nepal 2015 in a pageant held at Rashtriya Nachghar in Jamal on August 29.
This is the fifth edition of the pageant, organized by Nepalese Council. A total of 38 girls between 9-14 years of age from 18 different schools of the Capital participated in the contest.
A Thirteen-year-old Smriti had beat 37 other finalists to grab the title. Along with the title, She has also grabbed cash prize of Rs 30,000, gift hampers and trophy along with the crown.
Similarly, Ayusha Adhikari, 11, from Graded English Medium School (GEMS) and Sneha Bajracharya, 12 from GEMS were crowned first and second-runner up respectively.
Likewise, Nirjala Karki from Modern Indian School, and Prashuna Sapkota from GEMS in the third and fourth runner-up positions respectively.
Little Miss World Nepal 2015 had awarded other 15 subtitles to the participants, including Little Miss Talent, Little Miss Punctuality, Little Miss Discipline, and Little Miss Intelligent.
Bisica Pun Magar was declared the Nepalese Council Model of the Year, while Beeva Pradhan walked away with the Little Miss People’s Choice Award.
Little Miss World Nepal 2015 Smriti Neupane will be representing Nepal in the 15th Little Miss World contest being held in Antalya, Turkey from September 27 to October 3.
