Tokyo hospital says President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has cancer
The University of Tokyo Hospital in Tokya stated on Tuesday as President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has cancer, as reported by Avenues TV.
President Ram Baran Yadav was admitted to Tokyo hospital since June 18.
Just yesterday only the Nepali Embassy in Tokya had said that the President of Nepal was absolutely normal and all tests carried out so far was also normal.
A team of specialists under the supervision of Professor Toshiaki Watanabe, Vice-Director of the hospital, had run comprehensive tests on Yadav, including several MRIs and CT SCANs, at the hospital’s state-of-art medical institute.
The 65-year-old lead was flown to Japan on June 17 after doctors in Nepal recommended that he go abroad for further diagnosis and treatment after he suffered from bouts of diarrhoea and other problems related to his digestive system. Subsequently, a lesion was detected in his large intestine.
Doctors in Kathmandu had suspected that the President could be suffering from colorectal cancer.
The government has already decided to bear all the expenses of the head of the state’s medical trip to Japan.
